Quiz Analytics is now live in Store Check-In—so your team can see whether quizzes are actually moving shoppers toward purchase, not just collecting starts.
Why this matters
If you use quizzes to guide in-store shoppers, total sessions alone do not tell you enough. You need to know:
- Are shoppers completing the quiz?
- Are they taking action after they finish?
- Where are they dropping off?
With this release, your team gets that visibility in one place, with clear funnel stages built for day-to-day retail decisions.
What’s new
1) A dedicated Quiz Funnel in Analytics
You now have a Quiz Funnel card directly in the main analytics dashboard, showing a clear progression from:
- Sessions
- Quiz completed
- Quiz add to cart
At a glance, teams can also view two high-value conversion rates:
- Completion from sessions
- Add to cart from completed quizzes
This gives operators a practical read on both quiz engagement quality and post-quiz purchase intent.
2) Quiz performance is integrated into your core dashboard view
Quiz metrics now sit alongside your broader store analytics, so your team can review quiz outcomes in the same operational context as overall store activity.
That makes it easier to compare performance across:
- Locations
- Date ranges
- Device filters
In short: no separate report, no context switching, just one dashboard for decision-making.
3) More reliable quiz measurement
We improved how quiz completion is captured behind the scenes so funnel reporting is more dependable over time.
For in-store teams, that means greater confidence that trends in completion and post-quiz action reflect real shopper behavior.
4) Better readability on smaller screens
We also refined funnel card behavior on smaller layouts, making analytics easier to scan on laptops and reduced-width windows.
Questions your team can answer now
With Quiz Analytics live, you can quickly evaluate:
- Are quiz completion rates healthy?
- Do completed quizzes lead to add-to-cart behavior?
- Which stores or time periods underperform after quiz completion?
- Where should we optimize first for the biggest lift?
How to use this next week
Start with one simple optimization cycle:
- Open the Quiz Funnel and identify the largest drop-off stage.
- Make one focused change (for example: shorten quiz length, clarify questions, or improve result-page calls to action).
- Monitor conversion changes over the following week in the same dashboard.
This creates a fast feedback loop your team can repeat regularly.
